Tai Chi and Qigong are gentle, long-term, and sustainable ways to maintain the body.
They do not focus on power or short-term results, but on making the body more efficient, stable, and resilient over time.
太极与气功,是一套温和、长期、可持续的身体养护方式。
它不追求爆发力,也不追求短期效果,而是让身体更省力、更稳定、更耐用,适合长期练习。
What is “Qi”? | 什么是“气”?
In Tai Chi, “Qi” is not something mystical. In modern terms, it relates more to: The body’s overall energy state,The rhythm and depth of breathing,Nervous system coordination, Whether movement feels smooth, efficient, and continuous. When breathing is natural, the body is relaxed, movements are coordinated, and energy feels steady, We traditionally say that Qi is flowing smoothly.
在太极中,“气”并不是神秘力量。用现代语言来说,它更接近于:身体整体的能量状态、呼吸的深浅与节奏、神经系统的协调程度、动作是否顺畅、省力、有连续感。当一个人呼吸自然、身体放松、动作协调、精力稳定,在传统说法中,我们会说:气是顺的。

Why Practice Tai Chi? | 为什么练太极
Tai Chi focuses on whole-body coordination and long-term consistency. About JACK | 关于JACK
Thirty years of Tai Chi Qigong practice experience. Studied under Wudang, Shaolin, and Chenjiagou masters. Integrates traditional wisdom with modern exercise concepts. Utilizes traditional acupressure to help students better perceive internal bodily changes.
太极气功练习 30 年,学习于:武当、少林、陈家沟。结合传统智慧与现代运动理解,配合传统按压,帮助学员更好感受身体内部变化。
